Mix 250 g of Crępe mix with 400 ml of water. Spread a thin layer of Crępe batter on the cooking surface and cook the Crępe on both sides. Spread jam, chocolate on the prepared Crępe sprinkle it with cinnamon sugar or cover it with fresh fruit and fold the sides together. Possibly also decorate with whipped cream.
